Best Stylish Smartwatch under 3k
This is the one of the best value for money smartwatch in the market that I have noticed. With metal body, the watch is really sturdy but super stylish at the same time. Strap quality is premium & more like watch brands strap rather than typical silicone strap from mobile brands.1. The looks is premium with the curved display on the sides2. Display is nice & intuitive with easy touch to wake feature3. Long battery life. Using it for 2 days with Bluetooth connected all the time & battery is still above 70%. And the magnetic charger is easy to charge4. It has 10+ sport modes and I explored 6-7 of them.5. Heart rate monitor & spo2 sensor is also very accurate.The Helix Smart App is easy to use and engaging.They have multiple cool watch faces on the app which are matching with the look & feel of the strap.Overall at less than 3k with metal body, it’s a great buy and I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a good looking branded smartwatch under a budget.

No service centre available
Waste product didn't get the charging problem resolved. No service centre nothing. Worst product.

Worthy budget friendly
It looks pretty good to wear it is budget friendly too, it's worthy, love to wear. It lost a week charging once you charged, belt very comfortable

Nice product by look & functionality
Liked the product in all respect. It is smart indeed for this price.But trusted more on Timex brand equity while I bought it."Made in China " is just a mind set. Question who made it in China ?Mercedez, BMW, Sony also coming from China.Customer needs to be much more informed about that stigma !!But after use it for 2 months , it is clear that it holds charge max for one day .!!Customer should be clear about thisomitations . Vendor never disclosed it - which is clearly unethical !!

Display not responding and the screen has gone black
I bought this watch 1 month ago, when I woke up to check time it's display didn't respond to touch or the hand flick gesture, I plugged it into charging and still there is nothing on the screen.The screen is completely black and not responding at all. I would like this be fixed as this is within warranty period. My overall experience using this watch was good till now, but now suddenly this happened. Would really appreciate if this is fixed.

Best premium looking smartwatch at this price
The build quality is quite solid and looks very premium. SpO2 measurement at this price is always a bonus and most importantly, the watch is quite accurate in terms of all trackers and measurements. The battery life is pretty decent. The fitness rank & badges feature is fun as well as motivating. Great thing that the app offers so many watch faces to choose from. The strap of the watch is of great quality. I ordered the teal color one and it looks great! Probably one of the best smartwatches at this price range.

This is just a badly designed and executed product.
Have been using it for 3months now. This product I bought because it was me ruined as Made in 🇮🇳. Sad part is its only assembled here. The other sad part is that a company like Timex has really blundered in giving it their name. This is just a simply bad product.The battery life is 7 days maxThe watch has no button to switch it on or off.The step counter is totally off the charts, you CA have to walk 1000 steps and it will show 3500.Or you can not walk at all and the watch will walk 2000 plus steps for you.It hangs approx 2 times in a day.In the shower it gets really wonky and shows all different screens.The watch faces are very limited and if u do change it, it will come back to default face every few days on its own.The app interface is not at all user friendly to check progress for a week or month or quarter or half or yearly comparison.

Product doesn't meet any standard compared with any Timex products.
I had purchased Timex Helix metal fit smart watch based on the reviews last October'21. But with me I am extremely dissatisfied. My watch was not working in June'22, so had placed the watch to the retailer near my residence. Company had replaced with a new watch in August'22. But again the same problem had started ( constantly getting restarted by itself with full charge, same as last time). I am really irritated to have such a watch.Beware of Times Helix.
