I like that this dollhouse is smaller, you can lock up all furniture inside which makes it portable. But for a kid actually playing with it, it can be frustrating as the furniture is frail and bends easily, the figurines can't even be seated in chairs as they topple over, and the flooring is uneven, again making furniture fall over which results in tears!

Bought for 2-1/2 year old. Pieces are good looking and easy for her to handle. House folds for storage!

This little doll house has a lot going for it. Pros are It’s lightweight, The doors all open, there’s a little balcony and those doors open, it has a lot of visual stickers on the walls and floors, the door bell and lights work and it closes up. It also comes with furniture and people. The Cons-It’s not a super quality house and mine doesn’t close completely but it’s perfect for nana’s house! The price is appropriate for what you are getting. The 2 yr old and 5 yr old love to play with it when they come to visit. Very happy with my purchase

If you’re looking through the comments analyzing if this is a good buy, I’m here to tell you that it’s a GREAT buy!I’ve seen plenty of negative reviews about the most minuscule things that children will never care about!YES the house closes, you just need to very easily slide out the top floors… it takes less than a second and my 4yr old niece literally does this herself. She’s able to slide out the floors and pack up the house all by herself. And when it’s time to play again, she just slides the floors back in… SIMPLE.Do not expect Barbie dream house quality, this doesn’t cost nearly as much as a $100+ doll house. You are looking for a cost efficient doll house, so expect cost efficient quality. You get what you pay for.Lastly, this does not come with brown/black dolls so the 2 other dolls you see pictured did not come with the set. Children of color are not provided dolls to play with that resemble their family and that would be the only downside of this product for me.Overall, the product gets 5/5 from me simply because my niece LOVES it! I cannot speak on the durability of the pieces yet but hey it’s plastic!I don’t expect it to be in perfect condition a year from now with a 4yr old playing with it several times a day!Now that’s the real deal (: thank you for reading!

I purchased this for my grand daughter who was turning 3. For the price you get what you pay for. It’s a good started doll house. The flooring is made from a thicker paper. Which again you get what u pay for. Cheap plastic so I am sure won’t last long. Does. One with people and a dog and furniture. Weird the furniture doesn’t fit in it. Found it strange! Again you get what u pay for.

The media could not be loaded. Great dollhouse for imaginary play!The house opens and closes with a latch on the side making for an easy clean up. The house itself is beautiful with doors and a garage door that opens and shuts. It comes with 21 adorable pieces. Not only does it come with 4 dolls (a dad, mom, child, and dog) it also comes with furniture. The little furniture is really cute and detailed. The toy computer comes with a little desk and chair. The toy television has a little TV stand. Not only can you play with the dollhouse on the inside but it comes with a cardboard play mat that looks like a lawn so you can take the dolls to play outside their little house. The dolls' legs move so they can sit and stand.Overall, a great toy for children over 3 years old. It is great for pretend play for an individual as well as with a group because there are multiple pieces.

This is so not what it was cracked up to be. The house is tiny and the inside has shelves that are made out of the flimsiest of plastic. They hardly sit straight. The dolls and furniture are hollow and cheaply made as well. I guess I should not have expected something more for $24. But, the company was great to work with.

Won't close right unless you partially disassemble because the floor of the second story hits the doorway, leaving a good one inch gap. Even after removing the floor it doesn't meet together correctly and you have shift and bend to get it close and latch shut. The furniture doesn't fit when it's open let alone trying to close it with the furniture inside. The bottom floor is covered using cheap glossy extra thin cardboard that will be easily ruined since it over hangs the bottom and will drag on the floor, get caught up while closing and get bent while playing. I was hoping for a functional fun little doll house that can be easily taken out and easily put away for my daughter.... it's not even close.
