Exactly as specified but be aware this is very thin walled tubing.
This seems to be high quality tubing but it has a very thin wall and didn't seem to be very elastic which for my purposes wasn't what I needed. Maybe for making fishing flys, this would be the right type. I don't know.

Works great if your making your own rigs. I used them for Spanish mackerel jigging trees.
