Love the price, the origin country, the taste and texture. Smell and color are nice.I notice a difference in my energy and menstrual cycle with this maca. It's been very effective for improving my stamina during my estrogen phase. It does shorten my cycle to approximately 28 days. (Otherwise I'd be a wild card of 30-42 days.)I both blend it in smoothies or mix in plant spreads, or let it simmer and thicken in oats or as a milky porridge mix traditional of the root.

I use this maca in my daily morning smoothie and it seems to be just as advertised.

Excellent product. I add to my protein shake as my first meal of my day following a cardio workout. I love what it adds to the flavor. I’m also over the age of 50 and post menopausal. It has definitely helped with the hormonal changes that come with that.
