I previously had a Speck clear case which was very strong and nice but became scratched and was extremely hard to remove. Speck cases are great but be warned they are a bear to try to get off! Won't ever get that brand again because of it. They last forever and are great if you keep it on for the life of your phone. Maybe just a thing with the clear cases.This silicone case is easy on and easy off, fits perfectly and the lovely texture is silky and smooth. Really pretty color and feels great in your hand. Not sticky so it still slides into a purse, etc. without issue. Love this USA brand and will buy again if this one wears out before the phone does. Seems to be really high quality.

My previous phone cover had a smooth plastic shell, and I dropped it all the time. It would also fall out of smaller pockets when I moved around too much. The grippy texture on this one is soft and pleasant in my hands, and gets the job done, almost too well - sometimes it's a struggle to get it OUT of my pocket. (If you haven't guessed, I wear feminine clothes that almost always have tiny pockets, ugh.) I also love the super bright greenish-yellow color, as it makes it easy to spot my phone after I have set it down in a random place and then have to search for it. There is one surprising downside to this material: I went to a concert and had the singer autograph the back of my case, and the sharpie smudged right off, even after 12+ hours to dry. I was able to touch it up, then purchased a second identical case. I'm displaying the signed one at home instead of continuing to use it, as I had planned. I guess if you're worried that you'll accidentally get sharpie (or pen?) on the case, you can rest easy knowing it will wipe right off.
