I ordered these pills because I had been looking for an organic type of EPO. I like that they are combined with Borage oil to give a higher level of GLA, but without making the pill even bigger. The pills are quite large, but I still find them easy to swallow. It's good that the oils are cold pressed, and the borage oil is from the seeds of the plant, it should not be from the leaves.

Good product, I do not use regularly but have noticed a difference when using them. No nasty taste when taking them, and I do not find these two big to swallow. I would recommend.

I can’t give the product a good review because the entire label is in foreign languages. I have no way of reading any of the info. I appreciate reading labels and knowing what is in my products and how to take them appropriately. For this reason, I will not be ordering vegavero products again. This is the second product of theirs I’ve ordered recently and the other had the same issue. If you are selling in the UK, you should be required to list product information for any ingest able product in English. I wouldnt change my review of this product unless this changes.
