Great heating pad. Stays hot for a while. Easy to tie and untie. Great for period cramps, low back pain, neck or shoulder pain. I appreciate how soft it is with no scratchy Velcro to scrape your skin. I love how big and wide it is and it still fits in the microwave.

Very happy with this heating pad. Love that the ties allow me to wonder around with it on rather than be tethered to an electric plug-in model. It's comfortable and the heat (2minutes in the microwave) is very soothing. It can also go in the freezer to use as a cold pack although I've not yet tried that option. This is exactly what I needed for a sore/fatigued back.

Works very well , just don't over heat. My wife has already burned multiple holes spilling out the contents . Lasted her 3 days.

LOVE THIS WARMER!! It is very plush which is soothing. It stays warm for a decent length of time. It is weighty & I was concerned about that pushing on my lower back. But no problems. It is very comfortable & comforting. Instructions for use are specific & clear, easy to understand. Best of all is the tie belt! Quick & easy on & off. No struggling with stinky velcro.

I like the style, it wraps around your body for a tight fit. I started feeling better after using the wrap. Very easy to use as you heat in microwave for 2 minutes! I would highly recommend this wrap!

I do not write many reviews, but I had to for this product! This is the best heat wrap I have ever used. Over 20+ years I have been given heat packs from physical therapists and chiropractors and purchased many of my own - this one beats them all hands down. I microwave it a bit more than the instructions suggest because I like it HOT. This wrap retains heat really well. The outside is super soft and the ties let me secure it in place so I can be "hands free". I am an elementary school teacher and I have even worn this wrap while teaching a class of 28. The moist heat is very soothing. The design is impeccable! I have used this wrap for my neck, shoulder, arthritis in my hip and knee, and menstrual cramps. I will be buying another wrap so I can keep one at work and one at home. I have even bought this wrap as a gift for a friend. I highly recommend!!

It doesn’t hold the heat long. There’s a precaution in the packaging that states not to use more then 15 minutes at a time if I had known that I wouldn’t have bought it. Warming it up in the microwave is a procedure in itself.

After heating 2 times for a duration of 5 minutes each, it ruptured and all the materials inside of the belt , came out. The belt can not be used any more. Moreover the heat resists for maximum 5 to 6 minutes. It is quite obvious that this is a CHINA MADE product. Never ever buy this product . This is the reason this product is non returnable.

I love how versatile this item. You can walk, move and the heat pack just stays where you tied.

Comfortable to use and 2 mins is all you need to heat through!!!Will recommend it for sure :)

Way too heavy.Says don’t heat for more than 3 minutes but the wrap is not very hot.Get more out of a hot water bottle.Probably won’t use.
