*UpdatedThe seller kindly offered two options. Either to wait few weeks to get the new parts or partial refund so that I can buy the screw at Home Depot. I chose partial refund and they actually did gave partial refund and I am so happy with this company. They take customer’s safety seriously.The structure and the design is very well made. It is sturdy and paint job is awesome quality. And I was so excited to assemble this product when I found out one of the screw was defective. Without one screw to support the whole structure’s integrity, it will have safety issue. I already contacted them and I hope they send us new screw and nut soon..

Great swing, please anchor
This needs to be sold with anchors! Not little spike hooks, but real anchors. Simple frame, easy to assemble, love the dip in the swing. Makes it harder to get out of, but nicer for kids...which is why I bought it. The downside, the kids had to just watch it sit in the yard until I could get auger anchors here. Terribly prone to tipping, just the slightest swinging lifts the legs. Once fully anchored it has been a gem for adults and children without issue. But please, anchor for safety.

The kids love it
Great frame. Get the auger-type anchors and put them on the outside of the legs as close to the clamp as possible. I bought a swivel that came with two carabiners and moved the hook fitting to the center of the top bar, last hole on the left). We have a big round swing for it

Fairly easy to assemble. Holds 4 kids 8 and under. Happy with what we got.

Nice
It seems sturdy enough, easy to assemble, but it has a design flaw. The top bar is in two pieces and coupled together. That causes it to bend in the middle. What's that about the 550 lbs? It bends with a 35 lb child. It's too hard to return, so I'll have to attach a pipe in the middle to reinforce it. It would be nice if the manufacturer could supply that pipe. Take a look at the photo where the red arrow is. After using it for a few months one of the main hooks broke. That could be dangerous. But the seller offered to reimburse me for the problems. That was fair.

Great for small kids
Easy to assemble, great for small kids. Have a saucer swing set up for my 3 and 4 year old and it’s perfect for their size. Don’t recommend for a 200lb adult lol I’ve almost flipped it more than a few times
