After reading about the benefits of this, I thought I would give it a try and am I glad I did, I have suffered with hair shedding over 4 years and used to worry a lot about it, I can honestly say since using this gel,(5 days) the hair shedding has completely stopped, I also felt my mood lift within a day of taking this, I am so happy and have ordered more. I take the gel in a brew, its pretty tasteless and easy to consume. I would highly recommend this gel especially for hair, as I cant believe how my shedding stopped so quickly.

Just ordered my second pot as you need to try things like this for a decent period of time before seeing all the benefits, So ignore the dumb reviews expecting it to work after a week.What i can confirm is, I suffer with the low mood,tiredness, all the bad winter symptoms most of us get,but this has really given me a boost of energy.I have two teaspoons in my coffee on a morning.I don’t like the taste or texture of it on its own and the smells not the greatest but completely tasteless in tea & coffee.It was very runny when i received it but thickened up once on the fridge.Anyway I’d definitely recommend trying it for energy and also supporting Family businesses.EDIT:I’ve just ordered my 3rd jar and can confirm the benefits I’m now getting areClear nose & chest (I suffer with bad allergies)Increased energy levelsLess binge eatingLess joint pain(almost non)I’m the only one in the house that hasn’t had cold/flu yet, so hoping this is why.I’m trying to get the rest of the family to also take this.

So I purchased this originally for my skin that can be dry and very dull. I do a face mask for 15 mins and wash off the sea moss and my skin is instantly brighter. I also had a tsp every time and my energy was improved but the most amazing result was my eyelashes! I had damaged lashes from over use of lash extensions and they were barely there! I have now used sea moss on my eyelashes as a mask (same time as the rest of my face) and wash off and the results in a month are crazy! I only really noticed today when I went to use my lash curlers and loads of lash would go through the grippy bit where as they used to barely grab hold of them! Amazing product!!! Thankyou. So, I order this as I've started exercising and eating a bit better. I wanted to try a supplement to help me with energy and general health. I read the reviews and decided to try sea moss. The package arrived quicker than scheduled. It was well wrapped but it had leaked a little. Most people say it odourless and tastes fine. For me I thought it smelt like a chemically. I decided to taste, not for me. Found it hard to get rid of the taste, which was a chemical taste. So I tried it in porridge and strong coffee. Which was easier to consume. I've used it for 3 weeks and feel no benifits. Due to the smell and taste, I won't be trying it for longer. Simply not for me.

I have been using sea moss for about 2 months and it really helped with my tiredness. Before I’ve started taking it i was constantly feeling tired. Now i have more energy, my skin looks really healthy, i put 1 tablespoon in to my tea in the evenings it blends really well, there is no smell or taste to it.Also the company has an amazing customer service.I highly recommend it.
