Great for Bone Density
I have been using this product to increase my bone density. It didn't disappoint. I had my bone density tested after taking it for a year and my bone density increases. That is critical for me at 65 years old. I am still in the gym lifting weights at 65 years old 3 days a week so I need strong bones. This product is phenomenal!

Short on count of pills
I like the Jarrow MK-7, but I opened my bottle and counted the pills. I am missing one pill. I recounted twice. I don’t believe that this the fault of the seller but it’s very aggravating
