Useful additive for Ginger/Tumeric tea
My Asian doctor told me to chop up handful of Ginger, Turmeric and Jujube and boil it to make a tea for my inflammation in my hips I was having trouble with. Worked as advertised for me. I bought a tree of my own (very expensive) but I hope to have my own supply of Jujube in a couple of years.
