Mercer Culinary Allergan Safety Kit, Misc, Purple

What a brilliant idea! A complete kitchen set designed for those with an allergy (fish, peanut butter, etc) or those who require/desire gluten free cooking. The kit fully provides all the necessary tools for one to properly handle food - knives, spreaders, spoons, pizza cutters, spatulas/turners, tongs, servers, scrapper. The kitchen items are of great quality, although the tongs could be of better quality and design. I am completely thrilled with this set and know it will provide years of cooking tools for my family. My kit arrived in good condition with everything included. I haven't used everything in this kit, but all that I have used has been great! If you are needing to get started, this kit is ideal to help you get going. Also as an allergy free kit, the purple handles (and the handy box) are nice to easily see which tools you need and not get them mixed up. The knives are awesome and the quality is definitely the same as when ordering individually. Great product and a good deal for all things included!

This kit has everything you need for your kitchen plus some. Mercer cook tools are always such high quality and never disappoint. The knives are super sharp, so be careful! We have a couple severe food allergies in our home and the purple handles makes it easy to distinguish which to use for our kids with allergies. I happen to be a LSU fan so love the purple.
