Already good safe, now caught up with the excellent after sales service by Dan
I have been purchasing the small model of the safe for a number of years. There is nothing else on the market in terms of build quality of the safe itself - no vulnerable plastic parts that could be used to access before the timer permits. On the early models there were issues with the timer/battery compartment but the after sales service is second to none (emails at 9 PM London time are not uncommon). Not only are the issues resolved but improvements have been made in subsequent models so that the safe I purchased a month or so ago works like a dream. It feels like a true partnership between the company represented by Dan who is excellent and the user contact.

Sturdy but some issues
I had issues with the smaller model (the lockdown system would not work properly, the batteries would fall out so the safe would be locked completely - these issues have been resolved in the newer model according to the seller) so they sent me this medium version without charge. So far it has worked as it should. It's very sturdy and the battery department is better. I would prefer it to not have the beeping noises at all and to have the dial on the outside.

Doesnt work
do not buy mine lasted one lock wouldnt open so used the key next time i set the timer and locked but wouldnt realease after timer set so had to get key again third time just tried to open it to put something in and wouldnt open so is now smashed to bits cause it said to replace batteries which are on the inside

Very useful device
Great safe everything seems very sturdy and works well. Excellet customer support too, who were able to speedily deal with a couple of issues i had setting it up.

Strong and VERY secure
I use this safe to control use of substances and it’s the most effective way of doing this!Having bought cheaper, plastic timer boxes I found they didn’t work as I could pop th them open easily before the timer ran out.This safe is excellent. Very strong and importantly I can’t open it until timer is up. I sent override keys to a friend so I take away temptation to open.Really excellent customer service before and after purchase! I’m very happy and would recommend 🙂
