They say leak proof, but this always leaks and makes bag dirty.
If you are looking for a travel mug, this mug is not a good option. You can make your one time investment in some another brand, with good quality. This mug leaks while traveling. I'm a designer and familiar with product design too. They should change their product designers. This is a simple mug like we all have, difference is this has a lid, that's it. 1 star for esthetics, but function is dissapointing.

Different colour
We liked the product but the thing is received a different colour instead of pink, which is little disappointing. Please do take care of colour as demanded by the customer
