Q: Is it 220v compatible?

This model is only for 120v, but thankfully it is compatible with both 50 and 60 Hz AC, so can use a 220v to 120v step-down transformer and not worry about the different 50 Hz frequency in European countries (USA is 60 Hz). For 60 Hz-only appliances (especially electric motors), step-down transformers with expensive frequency converters are needed to convert to 50 Hz and prolong the life of the appliance when used overseas. This one only needs a transformer.

Q: Thinking of getting two Battle Born battiers would this charger be a good match for them?

Yes, this will work fine, though at 7 to 15 amps, charging will be bit slow. Good for running your loads when plugged in though. You can use the "Normal" profile for Battle Borns, rather than the "Li-Ion" setting.

Q: how much power (watts) is it using when float charging from an AC outlet?

Unfortunately that's not possible to definitively answer, since it will depend on how much current the device is pushing in float, as well as what your float voltage is set to, as well as what your AC voltage actually is at any given outlet (ie, true 120V as intended, or, more often, somewhere between ~109-117V), with the additional consideration of the device efficiency as a factor of the actual AC voltage, since obviously the device will operate less efficiently on an 110V outlet, for instance, than a 120V outlet. All technical specifications are listed in the user manual, which you can get directly from Victron at victronenergy.com/support-and-downloads/manuals but, for the above listed reasons, you won't be able to find a definitive answer to that question because that will be a constantly-shifting calculation.
