Do not buy
This is only container it does not filter water there is no use I am using it from last year but till it not clocked up. Don not buy it’s pathetic

This is ok ok product.
The media could not be loaded. I did all fitting self, need some alternation if u want to connect washing machine or dishwasher check all photos here . Need 2 different adaptor at outlet to connect.all water softness is depends on resin material. As of now solved the issue, need to check durability of resin. Product cost wise ok. Build quality ll plastics threads so not so durable. 3 star because of its connection and operations.

very good and simple method for hardwater
installation little difficult by own, but plumber will fix easely. my water is very hard, after this softner this good. weekly once i am adding salt water.

Value for money
It's very good. I installed for my washing machine. Value for money. I tested the softness of water by using kit. Hardness reduces to 30 from 600. It's working.Only drawback is instalation is little bit confusing.

It filtered water for 7-8 days. I have to regenerate the filter every 2 days.Not working as mentioned in product description.

Water Softener
Giving my remarks after 2.5 months of uses.1st 2 months, it soften the water with less than 50 ppm but after 2 months of uses water ppm is 100 which is considered moderate hard water. Water Hardness level in my area is 250 ppm so you can think how efficient is this product. I understand it's price is almost 1/3rd of the other water softener available in the market but I would suggest to go with branded ones.Since they do not provide installation service so you can face issues while installing it but their customer service on call or whatsapp is super. They tried to solve all my query on WhatsApp or call immediately. But finally the result of the product matters for which we are purchasing it. Finally the decision is yours.

Value for money
The product looks good and price is less compared to other product where they charge more than 13k for same type. It would be good if a manual is provided about how to setup. I had to think for half an hour on how to setup. There is a slight leakage from bottom even when tried multiple times.
