I received these shoes within a week of ordering, great delivery. Took my first walk the next day and these shoes are perfect. I wore heavier socks for extra warmth although with our 0 celcius temperature, my feet were warm and cosy. The shoes are light and waterproof. I have high arches and found the insoles perfect for me, also suffer from plantar fasciitis so this is helpful. As well, the shoes offer great stability. Feet are secure, and the quick lace system is convenient. Although these were expensive, so far I am very happy with them. Would buy again. I was worried about size but buying the same size as I normally wear as a good decision...plenty of toe room and width.

I got these as a back-up for my old Salomon's of the same variety. I usually wear an 8 but I wear a 7.5 in these. It can be tricky getting the same thing twice, but these came close, except for color. I love the quick lacing system, and Salomon has improved it so the anchor doesn't wear though the top. The support on any surface is fabulous. I wear them for workout and for running errands, too. We just had some super cold weather and they keep my feet toasty warm and dry. No slipping on ice, either. They took a bit of breaking in, but well worth it! And Salomon is a great company that really does honor their 2 year warranty.

I like the shoes, it fit me just fine. It didn't came with the original shoes box, I wonder why?

Love Salomon quick lacing shoes! Most of the running shoes and trail shoes are very well made, last a long time, and good solid footing for whatever you do. I don't run but I do walk a lot, and I'm very pleased with these trail shoes. The foot bed is comfy and cushions well. This particular style does seem a bit larger than others I have, so I have to cinch the laces just a bit tighter. Got a good deal here on Amazon, so I'll keep them.
