Over the years, I've read dozens of complaints about the lack of response from Amazon.com sellers (and Amazon itself) when it comes to correcting poor or misleading product descriptions. I've just purchased the Agile-Shop Professional Domestic 42 pcs Sewing Foot Assortment, and it originally seemed (from its description) that it lacked a foot that was specifically needed by my wife (a gathering foot). When the package arrived, it turned out that a gathering foot was included, but it was called a shirring foot. I contacted Agile-Shop, and within 4 HOURS they had modified the description from just:1 x Shirring footto:1 x Gathering foot/Welting foot/Shirring footIn my book, that is Exceptional Customer Service!

At least half of the feet do not fit a standard shank on any of my machines (Brother, Singer, Janome)

This does NOT fit all low shank machines as advertised. Mine is Janome MC 9900. The foot is too small to fit shank. Make sure you measure bottom of shank before you order

Wow. this is a lot of sewing machine feet. On the back it shows a picture of each foot and what it is called. I cut apart the back and stored each foot in a small zip bag with this picture for eacy reference.

Love love love. I have no complaints whatsoever with these feet. I use it with a Brother Quilting sewing machine. The packaging leaves a lot to be desired but if you think about it it's not their job to provide storage too and you can always pay a little more for that luxury.
