Easy to install, and easy to use - even the older generation like it. Handy to be able to save different pin codes for everyone to remember.

This is a superb little box - very sturdy, looks great. Until it doesn't open anymore. This is where I have found myself with my key lockbox this week. Got to my flat and can't get in the box. The passcode doesn't work, unlocking it in the app doesn't work...and sadly I have just discovered that there is no chat function on their website or in the app, so if you do find yourself in a pickle, there is no fast way to get issues resolved.I am currently contemplating getting someone out with a multitool to remove it from the wall so I can attempt to release my keys!I definitely think that some things can be too smart, perhaps.

Very well constructed and easy to set up / install. But!! I was looking for a key safe that I could send temporary access codes to wirelesly via the internet. This unit (along with all the others) is bluetooth only. That's fine when you are within range but no good when you are 200 miles away!!!It would be so simple to have a WiFi feature using a wireless bridge but maybe there is a security issue and none of the manufacturers offer this although remote door locks do.My other complaint is that the depth to hang your keys isn't deep enough making it awkward to close the front door.If local control is good enough for you then this is a good product although I'm not sure the buttons arrange in a smily face layout is a good idea or the fact they are not backlit.

After a lot of research into a key lock for our Airbnb properties, we came across a lot of videos showing how easily some of the digital style locks can be opened without the code, some with a piece of metal from a can, this includes the masterlock Bluetooth lock, where the hinge is exposed.This seems to have covered all the security base's & we've asked LPL to try access it.Having been installed for nearly a year, the only issue is that the batteries can soon get depleted, although there's a USB C socket for a battery pack, to enable the lock to be opened & replace them.The app takes a while to setup & if you have more than one device/phone it updates all of them with the new codes.

Initially the software app and hardware worked but stopped communicating/working for no reason.App kept saying bluetooth not connected when it was.Keysafe support advised me to reset the whole hardware back to factory settings but this did not work. Sadly I am returning the product and have lost belief in it. A great idea but not there yet.Key-safe technical are fine but note: they only work normal Mon-Fri office hours so no use in an 'our of hours' emergency.Also not sure if the bluetooth logs saying if product has been used works unless you are right next to it.

Initial impressions: excellent, well made, did just what was wanted. Different people could be allocated different codes, so could check comings and goings, and, if a key went missing I could see who had taken it. I continued to think this for the first 4 months. Then winter arrived, it rained, it got water in it and it stopped working!! It looks like it will be weatherproof, but it isn’t. So don’t recommend it unless you can put in under cover. So it cost me £1 per day over its lifetime. Not good value!!

I purchased this key safe, because when I go on holiday or visit friends I could be away from home for a few weeks at a time and want my family to have access to my apartment in case of emergencies, such as water leaks etc. This means that I don’t need numerous keys cut, that can be lost or mislaid. Now one key does it all. Loving the look of this smart lock box and don’t have to worry about code security. The app also tells me when the safe has been opened, which is a great feature and can put my mind at rest.
