One of my best purchases ever
So I bought this as I was going to be outside in the cold for a number of hours. I also needed my hands accessible. This was perfect. To be clear, both hand fit in this comfortably and warmly. Even the medium setting was almost hot as it was so cold out. The battery lasted (on mostly medium) nearly 6 hours. I was able to use one hand and then switch and my hands never really got cold. I even offered strangers to warm their hands and they all asked where I got this. The battery pocket is big enough to hold a few small items. I had a small, stuffed bear sticking out of it most of the day. Sadly, I lost it afterwards (maybe the strap got pulled and broke as the strap is somewhat thin), so I no longer have it. It was absolutely worth it.

Exactly as advertised
I was a little concerned about what kind of quality these kind of products had. I was beyond shocked on how nice these are. Super soft. The batterie’s quality seemed way too nice for this price. Size is perfect and it’s plenty warm enough to ease my diabetic neuropathy. Double edged sword here because these are so good I now have to get my wife one too.

Great Solution for Cold Hands
Just what you need if you suffer with cold hands. Works great! I’ve used it everywhere—indoors, outdoors, while traveling. Love the convenience & portability. I use it mostly on medium (gets very warm). I’ve had no battery issues. The charge has always outlasted the amount of desired use time, even several uses between charges. Definitely a favorite purchase.

A great concept, a CRAP battery pack-don't waste your money on this
The media could not be loaded. This is Nathan's wife, Denise writing the review:It's a shame that the battery pack is COMPLETE GARBAGE. This is a really nice handwarmer muff - the shell is very soft and plush, and it is warm without using the heater, but the battery pack won't fully charge and when you can get any sort of charge on it, the usage time is 5 hours or much less.I ordered this handwarmer muff for my 78-year-old mom after she had open heart / triple bypass surgery. My mom's hands were always cold before the surgery and were far colder after the surgery (it's actually a common thing, for hands to become cold after a long surgery, who knew?)I ordered this handwarmer muff on 11/24/23 and it was delivered 11/25/23. Right out of the box, the battery pack had a 3/4 charge (3 of 4 lights). The instructions were very sub-standard and didn't offer much direction. I guess you're supposed to just "figure it out" by the shape of the USB plugs when it comes to which port in the battery pack is the charging port and which one is the power port. It's a good thing that I was staying with my mom to set this handwarmer muff up for her because she would have read the instructions and been terribly confused, and she wouldn't have used this handwarmer muff at all.The battery pack has 2 USB-A power ports, a USB-C charging port (USB-C charging cable is included), and a Mini-USB charging port (Mini-USB charging cord NOT included). The instructions that came with this handwarmer muff don't give any instructions for charging the battery pack, nor how long it is expected to take the battery pack to charge fully. The first time I turned it on, it heated right up and the heat lasted for about 5 hours that night before the battery died. I plugged it in to charge and the blinking charge lights came on but then immediately shut off. I figured this was normal since I have a cell phone battery pack with the same sort of charging lights, and they do shut off after a little while but the unit still charges. When the blinking charging lights on THIS battery pack shut off, the battery DOES NOT CHARGE. The next morning, I went to plug the battery pack back into the handwarmer muff for my mom to use throughout the day, but it wasn't charged.... after being plugged in for over 7 hours!I pulled the USB-C cord out of the battery pack and plugged it in again...this time the charging lights came on and started blinking and they stayed lit, so I let it charge....ALL DAY...after about 10 hours, there was finally 3 solid lights on the battery pack, so I popped it back into the handwarmer muff and gave it to my mom. This time, it heated for about an hour and shut off. The battery pack was drained down to 1 solid light, so I plugged the battery pack in again but had to plug and unplug it several times before the blinking charging lights came on. Once again, I left it overnight. This morning, 11/28/23, I looked at the charge status of the battery pack. After being plugged in once again for OVER 7 HOURS, there are 2 solid lights and the 3rd light is blinking. I removed the USB-C charging cord and plugged the battery pack into a Mini-USB charging cord. This time I had no issues with the charging lights coming on and staying on, but the battery pack has now been plugged in for almost 3 hours and it is still showing only 2 lights steady and the 3rd light is still blinking.I've realized that this is futile. There's no sense in waiting 2 days for a battery pack to fully charge (if it will ever fully charge) to use the handwarmer muff for 5 hours (if you can even get a full 5 hours of use out of it).I have already started the return for this handwarmer muff and will definitely be contacting the manufacturer to let them know their battery pack is crap.

The bank won't charge
It worked as expected... Once. Now the power bank won't charge.Update: the seller, CeslaviaUS, reached out with their apologies and arranged a replacement. I will update my review based on the new product when I receive it.Update 2: the new power bank also does not work. It arrived with a full four lights, ran about 3 hours, and when plugged in did not charge. We tried the included usbC cord, our own usbC, then a USB to USB, then a USB to microUSB. However, both of the muffs themselves work. When we use our spare power bank on them, they get warmer and last longer than the included powerbank did (the one and only time they each worked). The price is high for just the muff, however.
