These dumplings (aka potstickers) are excellent. Well made with thin dough wrappers (as opposed to those awful thick doughy wrappers you sometimes get). Stuffing is right on the mark with tiny bits of crunchy ginger and a well balanced flavor. They arrive perfectly frozen in a styrofoam lined box with dry ice. The pot stickers are in little plastic trays so you don't have to fight with a big glob of dumplings all frozen together. We usually steam them and serve with matchstick sliced fresh ginger, sliced fresh garlic and a hot oil-tamari-rice vinegar dip. However, I have also used them as delicious extra fancy wanton in soup (steam them first, and only put them in the broth at the last minute so the casing doesn't get soggy). And if by some chance you have an evening ALONE in the house you can make up a batch with almost no effort and then hog them all... bwa ha ha ha.

Bought some seafood potsticker's that were throw away..these are very good.
