I waited a while before leaving a review and I can say that this lumbar support (for your bed) has really helped with my pain. I will tell you that you need to be careful when having the heat on the high setting for too long. It gets very hot, and even though it auto adjusts to the lower setting (there are 3 settings) it's still pretty hot. I wrap mine in a thin towel and wear a shirt and it still gets pretty hot. I really do like this thing! I use it mostly every day and it's helped ease my lower back pain. The support and heat is a great combination. Be careful not to fall asleep if it's on the high setting!

Wish the heating pad portion was a bit bigger, but it works wonders. Also wish there was a way to keep it from auto switching to lower heat levels. Other than that it does the job.This pillow got some cheeks on it tho.

The pillow is durable, but not quite dense enough. It stays put and provides light support, but I'd love to see a slightly denser foam used. The pillow is appropriately shaped for the contour of the lower back. However, the cord for the heating element is a bit awkward. It could be on one end rather than in the middle. If you are on the larger side, it may be a bit too narrow.

It didn't get very hot and I think there was short in the wiring, sometimes it would turn on and sometimes it wouldn't. Maybe I just got a defective one but I wasn't willing to exchange it for a different one.

This has made such a huge difference for me - I am buying another and have recommended it to multiple people with low back and sciatica pain.I sleep with this - use it on the couch and take it with me in the car even though my Lincoln has great lumbar support - it is not enough - and car rides are miserable - this has really helped.The heat surprised me as it is instant - My only complaint is the super bright LED light! I need to put tape or something over it as I have to cover it on my bed when I go to sleep - it will light the whole room up. Need pitch back when sleeping. Other than that it is great -I read the size may be small for some, however, my father-in-law is pretty big and he loved it - I am small so it's perfect for me.Highly recommend.

The product comes balled up. Once you open it, it unfolds and is very soft. I can tell it will not hold enough support. Once you lay down on it flattens. Not worth the money will be returning.

Quality and comfort. Heat doesn’t work as good as when it was new.
