Works well, easy to read. I didn’t care for the clip (too large for my frothing cup), but was able to reuse a clip from another thermometer.

Great for frothing milk
The stem on this thermometer is the perfect length for a standard frothing pitcher and the large dial is great for quickly and easily managing your milk temp. Also love the clip for securing it to the side of the pitcher. Very happy with this purchase!

Good basic thermometer
I bought to use with our espresso machine so that I could accurately & safely steam milk. Easily calibrated via the nut that is just underneath the dial, just put in a mug of ice water and then adjust for 0°. Easy peasy!
