So far so good.
I have assembled a DIY 40 space rack using 2 sets of these on the front and 2 sets on the the back (for lacer bars). They seem very well made. I would have preferred they were 10/32 as I already have plenty of screws in that size. These being 12/24 I've had to purchase all new screws These come with screws but you always need more rack screws. That being said I find them to be sturdy and after almost filling the rack I haven't encountered any non threaded holes, haven't stripped any holes. They are painted thoroughly and the finish is tough.

Good rails; Jacked up screws and holes
The quality of the rails is really nice. They are formed and marked really well. When assembling these, I also purchased Navepoint 2U blanks to help keep it square. The 2U blanks came with 10-32 screws that screwed right into the rails with no problem. Some, however, screwed in all the way but then kept turning so as not to get that secure grip. Others tightened just as expected. Here's where I'm puzzled... The rails came with 12-24 screws, but the holes aren't 12-24 threaded. The holes are 10-32 threaded. I used a driver to set the screws when it came time to mount equipment, but some stripped out. Even the screws that made it into the rack are now stripped because they aren't the same threading.

Don’t waste your time or money.
Absolute waste of time and money! I bought this product because it came with the hardware. The holes were pre-tapped so there is no inserts. Problem is, the hardware strips when you try to screw them in. I used a tap and die set to “clean” the threads but after 3x I gave up. I shouldn’t have to use a tap and die kit to get the hardware to work. Take a look at the picture for yourself.

Incorrect screws but still a good value
I'm not sure why they ship these rails with 12-24 threaded screws and state that is what the rails are in the product description. The 12-24 threaded screws are absolutely too large to fit the holes, 10-32 screws fit perfectly. Just a warning to other buyers, be careful to not try to force the screws or you'll cause some damage. I'm docking a star off due to this.Beyond the screw issue, these rails are a great deal for the money and they hold up great. I would absolutely recommend them if you're looking to build you own racks.

Get the longest rails they offer, and cut to size with an angle grinder.
These are good, solid rails. I have 3 sets of them for the front and back of my in-wall hp blade server & internet hub, and my in-wall living room entertainment center. It holds up my heavy HP blade server with pull out rails, with ease.In hindsight, I wish I would have purchased all 20U rails. The price difference is negligible between 8U and 20U. I could have bought one less set had I purchased two of the 20U rails.
