Heat belt received on time, and works really well especially as it can be held in place with the Velcro strap.

My hubby and I found it keeps warm for quite a long time in fact it was too warm for hubby although I loved it. Really helps with back/shoulder/neck pain and I love that it has the velcro belt so it's easier to keep it on you as you move around.Took away one star because after multiple uses it still gets quite moist when warmed and also I needed one without lavender as I don't like the smell - this was advertised as not having any fragrance but unfortunately, definitely has lavender added. Thankfully it's light enough that I can still use it.

This product is easy to use and targets the area needed. It is reasonably versatile so not just good for your back. I use on my neck and shoulders too.

After heating up stays warm for ages. Able to take it anywhere. Smells good. Value for money.

I wish this got hotter! It’s so lovely and safe to lean on with a bad back but I have to overcook it for it to feel remotely warm. It being a bit damp after heating doesn’t help either as most of the heat is lost while it’s drying out before use. If it was wider and hotter it would be perfect but instead it’s living in the garage freezer to be used as an ice pack for the numerous bumps my toddler has.

I have only used this once, so far. It was odourless but it did not heat up as much as I thought it would but I have previously used gel packs. I love the fact it has velcro straps to attach. I bought it for lower back and hip pain. It just fits in my microwave.
