Better than I expected
Great product, use it on everything now

Sturdy and fit for purpose.
Having seen one in action I knew I had to get one. Just right for all the meats that I cook and better than just beating meat with a rolling pin and the like. It feels like I should have known about these for a long time. At least I can get my stakes cooked right, instead of well done all the time. You will not regret buying this at all.

If you like steak and particularly steak like Flank this is ideal, wish I had known about these things years ago. This one is well made and after a few weeks testing can fully recommend.

Great for tenderising meat
I ordered this item after reading the reviiews. The tenderiser works well as long as you pierce the meat quite a few times. A note of caution, be very careful when cleaning it as I managed to stab a finger when doing so. All in all a good device and one I would recommend.

works like a charm
This thing is great. With today's meat prices you can enjoy cheaper cuts of meat. It works great, I use it alot on round steak and other cheaper cuts and then marinade it for 24 hours. The more you stab the meat with it the more tender the meat will be. This is much better than chemical tenderizers because the fibers remain intact and not turn into mush. It is easy to use and clean (be careful I tenderized my hand when taking it apart for cleaning, my fault didn't pay attention). This is one of the slickest gadgets I have seen in a long time.
