My favorite EO blend by far! This has been a lifesaver for my 4yo son's sleep issues...he has night terrors and we use the oil in a little roller before bed as a "bad dream-away" potion, and it has helped immensely. He loves that part of his bedtime routine and is actually waking far less in the middle of the night. When he does wake, he is able to go back to sleep more easily. We also diffuse GoodNight blend in our bedroom - I love the smell and I think I sleep better (waking less) which my fitbit also confirms! Even if it's just the placebo effect...I don't care - it still smells really lovely and we're all getting more sleep, so it's 100% worth the already low price! I recommend to all my mom friends, and my parents as well (who also struggle with sleep issues) I would buy this stuff by the gallon - no need to go with those MLM companies and spend 10x the price, I have several of the Healing Solutions oils and they are very high quality and clarity. I am on my third bottle of this and I love it. I put it in a roller bottle and I roll it on the bottom of my feet at night and on the insides of my wrists. It smells lovely and does help me to sleep better.

I originally tried this exact oil in a set. I quickly realized how much it helped me sleep more solid. I've always been a picky sleeper, hearing every little sound, bothered by the softest light, etc. When this oil came in the set I figured it smelled nice but no way could a oil possibly help me get a more restful night's sleep. I was wrong. The noticable lavender oil in it is so soothing and calming. Within minutes I drift to a deep sleep. I've come back for the larger bottle twice now. I am hooked and notice when I don't use it just how affected my sleep is. Would recommend for anyone, babies and children included.

My husband has insomnia, so the nighttime ritual is crucial to having a normal husband vs being married to a gremlin. We have been using this oil for over a year but recently my husband started using more on his feet before bed. This is now the ONLY thing that guarantees he sleeps. The last few weeks have been bliss, because applying enough of this oil on his feet knocks him out. If it helps him sleep, I will continue to buy it whatever it may be. Since he uses a lot I will be buying more very soon! After years of him sometimes going days without sleep, I am beyond grateful that he has something that works. As for me, the non insomniac, it kinda just feels like taking nyquil. Since I don't need it, I don't use it unless it's a bad night. Amazing blend, love it and will always reccomend it. Plus, it doesn't have a mint oil in it which is great since the hubby has sensitive skin. We both apply it to the bottom of our feet, I use a few drops while my husband uses several (10+).
