The smell is definitely terrible for these vitamins but if you can get past that, I've been using these pills for a little over a month now and my hair seems a lot healthier and is growing slowly but surely, and more than it would typically grow. If you struggle to grow your hair with regular hair skin and nail pills, I recommend these.

If I could give them a zero, I would. The smell was HORRIBLE. The company wouldn't do anything to connect the problem.

I can't say if it really works. I haven't used it long enough and I probably won't.The smell is a huge turn off. It's so potent that I can smell it from inside the cabinet with the door shut! I keep it in the cabinet with coffee, teas and all good smelling things but every time I go close to that cabinet, all I smell is these vitamins (inside they jar with closed lid!).I also must make sure that I take them with a full meal to digest them.I will try to finish this jar off but I won't buy again.

I’m 31 years old , and I’ve never been able to have long strong nails in my whole life until now , in the past my nails have always been weak, brittle, short , and now thanks to this vitamins I’ve seen a HUGE improvement in my nails, they are so long and strong , it blows my mind, I just finished my first 2 month supplement bottle and I have already seen results, initially i bought these for my hair because it was falling/shedding way to much ( is the first time i experience hair falling like this , I’ve always have pretty long abundant hair) and I know for a fact German overall health products/ vitamins are really good and after this 2 months I have to say my hair looks good, it looks fuller ( it keeps falling but a little bit less) and my skin looks good as well , but the HUGE difference I’ve seen with this product have been my nails so far, I can’t believe for the first time in my life I have long natural nails 💅🏽 ✨ - first collage are my nails before

If you bought this product and didn't know what selenium smelled like before, trust me, you do now. It's the ingredient that has the strong "fishy" smell. There's also a sweet-ish smell that I can't identify so I'm going to assume it is the millet extract.The biotin content on the label is listed in milligrams (mg) instead of micrograms (mcg), and seeing the "10mg" threw me for a loop at first since I'm used to seeing biotin measured in micrograms. I was interested in this product because it contains millet extract, which is one of the ingredients in a certain popular hair growth product that increased hair growth for me. I'm taking this with shark cartilage, another ingredient in the popular hair growth supplement (although I take that one on an empty stomach) to try and make my hair and eyelashes grow faster and longer. Selenium is also supposed to help with hair growth (and your thyroid!) so I'm glad this has it, although boy, it sure does remind me. I can smell it when the bottle is closed and a foot away from my face, lol! I don't mind it though, I'm just pointing it out for anyone who may be sensitive to smells. I'll have to update again in a few months if I notice anything.

I wanted a beauty supplement that wasn't a gummy, so I choice this. The ingredient content seems top notch and quite "clean". I also like that I only need to take 2 a day. Only drawback is that these come in a glass container and mine arrived broken. I could still use this but picking out capsules and avoiding cutting myself on shards of glass wasn't fun.

This is probably one of the most robust hair, nail, and skin supplements I've ever seen. It's not limited to just biotin but is basically a multivitamin for hair (and nails and skin). It's absolutely loaded.Don't be afraid of the price tag. Keep in mind a couple of things. First, it's a 2 month supply. Second, it's top notch quality. For those who prefer glass jars, you'll get that here. Again, this is probably one of the best of its type I've seen (and I've seen a lot of them).
