This plaster can is highly effective
The plaster can be highly effective in relieving pain BUT should be used with caution because it can seriously irritate the skin if left on too long.

WONDERFUL Relief!! I love using this product when in pain.
I love this item. It "Heats" all day long. The smell is nothing to write to mom over but I've smelled worse. It is more herbal than medicinal. As for them sticking....OUCH!! Definitly remove them in the shower!! I have a tendency to use them for extended periods of time and it will irritate my sensitive skin. I'm OK with that because they work so well..

I prefer Salonpas
In my experience this plaster took a while to heat up and even when activated it didn't feel as strong and soothing as Salonpas does for me. I like that you can cut it to desired size tho. And even if a corner flops over when peeling it off plastic it's easy enough to unfold that corner so the piece doesn't have to go to waste.

I buy more as soon as I run out. It has always helped me. The scent is not overpowering, and it adheres to any part of the body.
