Way too small. I used the 2 different size charts and measured foot exactly to the correct CM. Chart said 7.5, decided to get an 8 just in case. Chart says 24cm. This pic shows its 21cm, 22 if I stretch it hard. That is near a 4 in women's. The neoprene feels really cheap. Sending back and won't be getting a new size from this supplier.
