Would I use these surgical scissors for surgery? Uhh, no. But then I am not a surgeon either! But for the workbench, home craft kit or even your bug-out bag, these are useful and feel OK in the hand.No need not go into construction details as these are what they are: Economical scissors. They are sharp enough but I cannot attest as to how long they will hold this sharpness.I am glad I bought them, think the price was right and if they dull or become damaged I can toss them into the trash without losing sleep over it.

The scissors worked very well and they are sharp, work great over other scissors that I have used in the pass. I used them to cut the cords for my litter of pups. I bought extras just to have them on hand.

I expected scissors like they use to cut off bandages, etc. Tried it to trim my mustache but is was too lightweight.
