The Original Slinky Brand Metal Slinky Jr. 5 Pack

I got this pack as stocking stuffers for my 5 nieces/nephews (age 2-7). The were a surprisingly big hit! These are very petite Slinkys… so don’t think that you are getting the OG big dog. They are maybe 1.5 inches diameter (going from memory). Kinda too small to do the classic ‘stair’ thing (at least on normal stairs)… but still a ton of fun. Get your Slink on!

This was ordered for my grandkids as easter basket goodies. I was happy to see it was not a cheap knock off. It is made from the same type of materials. Strong and durable, flexible and fun! Great price since the package contains 5 pieces. At this moment I'm glad I only have 4 grandbabies, because I have kept one for myself. The smaller size is great for them,since they range in ages from 2-7. I know they will love it as much as I kid as a child. Good to see quality products are still on the market.

I bought a bunch of these to make my own version of a "Slinktenna" portable ham radio antenna! You'll need one full 75-turn coil plus about 25 additional turns soldered on to the full coil for each side of the dipole. There's a 9:1 balun in the center. Works very well with a tuner for FT-8, CW and other low-power applications. 73's, N2GX

Perfect stocking stuffer. Comes in a pack of five, however each individual slinky box can come apart and be separately wrapped or gifted. Works fine, though to get the real slinky experience (stairs!!!!) you will probably need a full size. These might work for some extremely small stairs, but you won't be watching these things race down your house's main staircase. Still great fun to play with and always a hit with kids.

My son loves these to fidget with. They do make noise, but last a long, long time.

These are so cute, bought them for a collector of miniatures and for my grandkids.

These were very small and didn't end up being useful for my needs. I am a teacher and couldn't use them for my intended lesson but I did give them to students who liked using them as fidget toys. 2 of them did get misshaped after the first use so they are no very durable. I would say if you are not going to use them very much or will use them lightly they are a cute novelty gift.

I bought these not for use as toys, but to squirrel proof my bird feeders, and keep birds off the roof framing on my back porch. As a squirrel deterrent they proved effective and entertaining. For deterring birds from roosting where you don't want them, they're effective and cheaper than commercial bird spikes.
