The sweep hands at time cover the digital information I need to see.The back light is too weak to illuminate.Digital information is too small to see.

It'll do the job, but a bit lackluster. Honestly, the sturdy leather band is the BEST thing about this watch. I'm a watch guy, and know good quality is. I got duped by the sleek pics online & was being a cheapskate - so it is what it is. The watch works fine, nothing broken or scuffed - but the design is poor. It's like they chucked everything but the kitchen sink into the case, and said hey, is it COOL enough now..lol Yes, it's heavy & bulky & the buttons work, but the backlight is the WORSE! Even the hands have that enamel glow type paint & those don't even glow. I'm probably going to change the bands and put on a high end fake Panerai & call it a day.

Let's start with why I had to return. I bought this watch mainly for keeping a countdown time while refereeing soccer games. However it has a fatal flaw for me for that purpose, the hour and minute hands obstruct my view of the digital countdown timer therefore rendering it useless for the main purpose I bought it. Also, the light is not bright at all, adding to the problem for night games. Now, with that said, it is a beautiful watch with a lot of useful functions such as dual timers, countdown and up timers as well as easy to use buttons. If I needed a casual watch with alot of functions, I would buy this one. At 30 dollars , it is a steal.

No issue with shipping. I had the watch for about 20 minutes when I knew that I needed to return it. This was primarily for 2 reasons.1. The watch clasp immediately broke off when I tried to remove the watch for the first time. It was repairable, but I don't want to reattach the clasp everytime I take it off2. Once I set the time off the Naval Observatory, I noticed that within 10 minutes it was off by over a minute.I would not recommend, which is a shame because I really liked the design.

I was so excited when I ordered this watch. Waiting for a few days for it to be delivered. This watch was to replace the watch I lost which is very important for me at work. Opening the package, I couldn't wait to set up and wear the watch. The first thing I noticed was that the digital display was so hard to see. I pressed the backlight illumination and it barely made a difference. It was so dim you could hardly see the numbers.I thought there was something wrong with me. I asked my sister to look at it and she laughed and said, "You can hardly see any difference with the backlight button pressed. Return it!"I was hoping she was wrong. After more inspection, even the physical numbers on the watch face was hard to see. I was so sad that and disappointed that within 10 minutes of opening the package, I requested a return on the product. I was tempted to maybe buy another NaviForce watch but didn't want to take chances. So here I go to the store to physically look at watches.
