This pink salt is great! No sharp, chemically salt taste like regular iodized table salt. I use for cooking and baking. If I am using it in place of Kosher salt I use slightly less than the recipe calls for since it packs in much more tightly to a measuring spoon. It is about the same fineness as normal table salt, I wouldn't use it in a grinder. I do find an occasional grain of what seems to be sand here and there, but that is pretty typical in other salts I have used. I have ordered from Black Tai Salt a couple times now, their prices are great and I like the quality.

This salt is excellent. After learning how bad the white salt bought in stores is for us, and hearing of the wonderful benefits of this salt, I bought this bag, and it's a lot of salt. It tastes wonderful and actually seems to bring out the food flavor better than white table salt. This will last quite awhile for us. I will be ordering another to have around since salt doesn't go bad. Just so you know, because it doesn't have all that nasty anti caking stuff white store bought salt does, it gets a little compacted in the shaker. One quick shake and it's loosened up, not a big deal. Love this stuff!

We’ve used various brands of Himalayan pink salt over the years. We have tended to avoid the very fine grinds because they can be almost like a dusty powder.This fine grind is very much like table salt in size of grains. I think it’s going to be useful both in salt shakers, and in the salt box we keep next to the cook top.The color in this batch is very light pink, but it’s always varied from batch to batch in the various brands we’ve used in the past. The taste is the same as other pink salt, and if you use pink salt, you know it’s far different than white table salt, which tastes harsh and almost chemical by comparison.The main reason I switched to this supplier was the much lower price, and the guarantee that it is 100% Himalayan pink salt.It arrived packed well, and there was only a tiny pinhole in one bag that I easily sealed with a piece of packaging tape.I would recommend this seller and their product. We will purchase again from them.

I got 10 pounds at a good price, and the flavor is good. The grains are almost very fine, so I use a slightly bigger hole shaker and it works good.

The only salt i use and has great taste and need less than table salt that isn't good for the heart.
