I have had an American one before for 6 years and it stopped working. I started looking for another and this one was the cheapest I found and is exactly the same kind I had before. BUT… THIS DOES COME WITH AN EUROPEAN OUTLET. Luckily I kept my last cord that fits our electrical plugs and it works great.If you want it this cheaper model which is the very same model I had before, you can can buy an European Plug that change our plugs from English to American outlets. I have traveled to Europe a lot so it’s a necessary thing to buy and you can get one of these kits.But this is the same model as the other one’s that cost 500$ plus and compared with this one that cost me 300 $. It is really the same company it just comes from England with a different cords. Mine works great and it does the same thing for me. I can take a bath again and I’m happy with that price. The lift is great, but if you are ordering it in the USA, be aware that the charger is from the UK so you will need an adapter before you can charge it.

My husband had shoulder surgery. With this we were able to get him in and out of the tub with out any issues. You will need to use more water as this sits higher in the tub than you think.

I have always loved baths, but mobility issues made it too dangerous to navigate a tube. Enter this wonderful piece of technology! It is safe, easy to use and allows me to actually sit down under the water in the tub.This was also a great deal for the money! PS. If you order this from the UK purchase an electric outlet adapter to use it in the US. Hope you are as content with your purchase as I am.

Missing part arrived, no adapter in the box.

Very sturdy, quite and runs smooth.charging unit from UK has 240 male plug. chargers voltage requirement is 100 to 240 volts. All that was needed additionally was a UK to US outlet adapter which I ordered at same time that I ordered lift. Works perfect

Received from overseas so it took a little longer to get state-side. But worth the wait. Works as expected. Already had an adapter for European power supply connection.

We've had this since November 2022 and haven't used it more than 10 times and 2 of the suction cups have broken off and I can't find replacements. It's very frustrating!

Der Wannenlift ist tatsächlich sehr stabil und einfach aufzubauen. Endlich komme ich mit meinem kaputten Knie wieder in die Badewanne. Man liegt zwar nicht so tief im Wasser wie ohne Lift, aber das war mir vorher schon klar. Ist jetzt eher ein sitzbaden, aber trotzdem eine Wohltat. Danke an das Sanitätshaus Burg für die blitzschnelle Lieferung. Auch die Zusendung eines neuen Bezuges, weil der erste Bezug einen Fehler hatte, klappte vorzüglich und schnell. Ich bin mit allem hochzufrieden und glücklich.
