Best Teapot I have ever owned!
I've owned a lot of teapots, mostly antique or vintage, some new ones. I've been drinking tea for 60 years, not a coffee drinker. This pot has a wonderful curvy shape, color is a lovely tranquil turquoise, and it enhances my morning every day at breakfast. It holds more than a quart (37 oz), which I like, and I never worry about the lid falling off. Even full it is easy for my arthritic hands to pick up and handle. The rubber gasket that holds the stainless steel lid is quite sturdy, and I can remove it to put the teapot in the dishwasher. I don't put the gasket/lid in the dishwasher - not sure it would survive long term. The infuser works well, at least till I get to the bottom of the tea caddy, tea is mostly tiny crushed grains at that point. Then I switch to Finum's bio-degradeable - fill-it-yourself - tea filters. https://smile.amazon.com/Finum-Disposable-Paper-Filter-Loose/dp/B000KDW9MO/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1542505932&sr=8-3&keywords=finum+tea+filters+large One odd thing, since I put the pot on a cast iron warmer, condensation will build up on the underside of the lid, and when I pour the next cup of tea, it trails over the spout into the teacup. It doesn't bother me, and the spout doesn't drip, otherwise.Very practical and good-looking design. I'd cheerfully buy it again, in case something happens to this one.

So far, so good
I love the look and feel of this teapot. It steeps the tea nicely. Tea tastes great. Pours well. A delight to use. Easy enough to clean with a washing brush/sponge.

So cute!
This is the second one of these that I have bought. They are perfect for making tea and are super cute. The insert is very fine so you can put some very fine tea in it and not worry about too much getting into your tea to drink. I would say the only downside of this is that it doesn’t keep tea hot for very long.

Easily makes flavorful loose leaf tea.
Properly brewed tea tastes so much better than putting a tea bag in a cup and microwaving it. I bought this as a gift for my daughter. The glass teapot I gave her last year was delicate and broke. This seems like a sturdy teapot that will last. I was going to order one for myself, but was thrilled to find one my local Goodwill. It is a nice sturdy teapot for brewing loose leaf tea, or you can remove the basket and brew tea bags. The basket has a thoughtful plastic handle so you can lift it out without burning your fingers. It is a bit hard to clean, as are most tea pots. I use a brush set meant for cleaning water bottles and straws, so I can reach all the way to the bottom of the pot and also clean inside the spout. A thoughtful easy to use design. And remember to bring the pot to the kettle.

Well made and as described
I did not have the issues that lower starred reviews had: it does not drip when pouring, even when filled to the top. I love the amount it holds, I do wrap it to keep the contents warm longer. Also, I do not have issues with the lid closing tight with the steeper in it.I like the long steeper. All that is needed to clean the inside is a bottle brush or something similar. The construction is sturdy, I am very please with it over all.

Convenient Little Pot
The pot is convenient and easy to use. I bought the white because I wanted to see the color of the tea in the pot. I like brewing more than one cup at a time and then keeping the cups warm - saves time between cups of tea. Works well with loose, stringless teabags, and teabags with strings. The stainer has a tiny weave but it still cleans up easy. Remember you cannot heat water with this pot! You add hot water to the pot, brew your tea (I throw the teabags or loose tea out after optimal brew time), and then serve from the pot.

Defective
The first time I used the pot,,as it was starting to boil, I noticed some condensation on the sides and suddenly heard a cracking sound. A piece of the bottom flew off. I was not comfortable using it after that. Not good quality. Nice looking pot though and I liked the lid.
