They are the best chocolate sticks for croissants and the best products!! Also above beyond customer service. When my order arrived, they wrapped up 3 layers of bubble wrap and they even put ice pack with them so they won’t melt in transit in summer. How amazing!! Highly recommended.

Dark, sweet and flavorful

Absolutely love love love-it’s the taste of the pain au chocolat i use to eat in Paris, the right amount of balance, not too sweet-melts perfectly while baking and perfect to eat. Highly recommend-this will be the only brand i order moving forward. For the most part the pieces were intact and although the package was a bit tough to open (probably me, not the package), the content is fresh and and ready to use.

Though kind of expensive the chocolate is great for baking. The packaging, however, was awful. The bag of chocolate sticks was sent it was a thin plastic bag with minimal bubble wrap. The chocolate sticks broke during delivery (the Amazon delivery guy tossed the bag onto my front stoop). Not real happy about that and won't be ordering again.

Perfect for chocolatine but the downside is that many of these batton were broken.

These were an excellent choice when I went to make pastries recently. The amount of chocolate batons in the package was just right, and the flavor was perfect. I got exactly what I'd hoped for. The sticks are a bit on the thin side, but stacking two of them solved that issue easily. Definitely the right choice for anyone looking for baking chocolate sticks.
