Keep me putting more miles on my shoes
These were perfect for my favorite sandals that I’ve worn so much the original lining came off. They were easy to trim for a no-show fit and they stay in place. Bonus- they are super comfortable!

Good but….
These def helped. My issue is getting sweaty feet and then im cold from it. These didnt totally absorb and wick moisture BUT they did help my feet be warm even tho they were a little sweaty- id give them an 80% in thier effectiveness claims. They also take some patience to place them in the shoe if they are close toes, but if you just try try again, i felt they were worth the effort. Seem like theyll stand up to use and were easy to customize to the shoe

If you have wide feet, go up a size and trim a heels to fit. I used E6000 glue to set.
They aren't anti slip. But once fit and add a bit on glue at toe and heel, they're fine.
