La lámpara es bonita pero al instalarla no se pudo completar ya que muchos cristales venían quebrados, se ven partes donde evidentemente le faltan los cristales. No encuentro en qué parque hacerle saber al vendedor para que me los mande

BEWARE: scam
the manufacturer INTENTIONALLY sends you pre-broken crystals. I ordered 3 chandeliers, and EACH of them had crystals with dents, broken-off pieces etc, but... this is the main thing here - there were NO GLASS SHATTERS inside the box. So if it was broken during delivery - you'd see the shatters in the package. But since there are no glass shatters, it's a 100% proof the crystals were packed LIKE THAT: already broken.One golden tube was missing as well.DO NOT BUY. I asked amazon to initiate the investigation into this seller.

Beautiful chandelier
Pictures do it no justice. This chandelier really is a show stopper in my dinning room, the quality is great. Took a bit to assemble because you need to insert all the crystals and make sure it’s secure, other than that I am completely satisfied with my purchase
