good and sturdy storage rack
the storage rack is good and sturdy and does what its supposed to do when loaded but I gave this rating 4 stars because they got my order wrong....I ordered a 3 tier storage rack in black but instead got a 4 tier silver storage rack but I guess its doesn't hurt to have extra slot

Poor Quality
I have had this unit for 1 year now. All of the bolts are stripped due to poor quality metal used in the frame. I had to reenforce all the bolt holes with JB weld to keep the unit from falling apart.This product is worth about half what I paid. Cheap.

Poor quality, with no instructions after forcing the parts together it ended up wobbly.

Terrible
Ordered this 4 times because they kept sending the wrong colour. Would say black on the box but a different colour was inside. Finally the right colour arrived. No instructions and the bolts and washers were all loose in the box. We built it and it’s absolutely terrible. Wobbles all over the place. The screws do not fit the threads properly. Will be returning once and for all.
