Zu klein
Fällt leider zum mindestens einer Nummer kleiner aus als meine bisherigen Merrell. Ansonsten gut verarbeitet und schönes Design!

Overall Positive feelings only.
I own 2 other pairs of barefoot shoes. one from Vivobarefoot and a cheap one from amazon. Owned a pair of Merrell trail gloves 5 previously. some thoughts based on my experience so far.+Good quality, as one will expect from Merrell.+The lacing setup looks & feels great.-Effort is needed to get it on & off, compared to older trail Gloves I owned. But it's the same effort as one would require for my other shoes. Nothing super bad.The outer sole is a bit thicker I feel, but personally, I am looking forward to it, since the Merrell gloves 5 I owned had to retire in a matter of few months last summer. I would appreciate a bit of longevity for this money. You will feel the arch support initially but will get used to it. On the first day, I thought I might have to return it, but now it seems I got used to it. Not sure why a lot of negative reviews are out there just because of this.Update: after many travels and almost 7 months of usage. From longevity, as well it's a really really good pair of shoes. light to pack for travels, quick to dry, and comfortable.

Comparison with the Merrell Bare Access 4
I purchased the Trail Glove 6 to replace a pair of Merrell Bare Access 4 shoes. In comparison:- The Trail Glove 6 is a smarter looking shoe- It has a more chunky tread pattern that also looks more durable- It has a narrower toe box, which a number of reviewers have complained about, but I don't have wide feet, so this actually suits me- One downside to the narrower toe box is the overall appearance of the shoe - it looks very long and thin, which makes my size 14 feet look bigger than they do in the Bare Access 4- Some reviewers also complain that there's too much arch support, but they feel very comfortable to me. I have flexible flat feet (severe overpronation), so the arch support is a good thing in my book.- I don't like the thick padding around the top of the heel cup. The Bare Access 4 has thin (but still comfortable) padding in the heel area.- Like all Merrell "barefoot" style shoes, they don't have a removable inner sole. I need to stick a metatarsal pad in one of my shoes, so the fixed inner sole combined with the fact the tongue is stitched to the side of the shoe and can't be moved completely out of the way, makes getting the metatarsal pad positioned correctly and stuck to the insole rather difficult.

Excellent product
Love these, not 100% a bare foot shoe. But they give good connection with the ground whilst supporting the arch. Which is exactly what I was looking for. Well constructed and usual quality I expect from Merrell. Should get plenty of mileage out of these.
