I bought these to cushion my heel strike as I've developed osteoarthritis in my ankle. I wish they didn't have that firm blue bit in the centre of the springy gel, but they do help if I wear shoes with a stacked heel or something non-cushioned.

Bought these as I suffer with aching heels and feet. They moved around in my shoe, and I found my feet got quite hot. They didn't work for me and I tried them for a month. I personally wouldn't buy again, but may work for others.

At nearly five pounds a foot (heel) they are not worth a fraction of that amount, hardly noticeable they're inside the shoe. Did nothing to help we walk with a painful heel. I got more relief from memory foam insoles.

So, I've been suffering with heel pain for about 2 months. I work a 7 hour shift on my feet.....no sitting down at all. The pain in the morning makes me want to crawl to the bathroom......cannot put any eight on my foot .I started dreading going to work as the pain jut got worse throughout the day.I wasted so much money on Sketchers, sole inserts, massage gadgets etc......none of which bought me any relief. I bought a pair of shock absorber shoes (which are really smart and comfy) and a pair of these heel cushion pads. The shoes on their own gave comfort for about 3 hours....but put these gel pads in too and I can actually stamp my feet with no pain. These are incredible.....could be the combination of the shoe and pad, but who cares!!! No more red hot poker in my heel!! Have ordered more for my other shoes.couldn't be happier and highly recommend.....and no, I haven't been asked to write a review by anyone.
