I bought this as a gift and really did not know what to expect. What to old guys know about this stuff? But apparently I did a great job. My daughter loves it. She says it works just as good as her spinning brush and it feels much better on her face. The fine bristles are very fine and very soft to the touch, which surprised me. Just looking at it and holding it, it seems to be very well made and it has a quality look and feel to it. It looks like something you would fine at a high end salon. Much better than those plastic toy like spinning brushes that are everyplace. I don't know it they show the charger but its not just a cable, its triangular shaped base like the cleanser and is magnetized so the the connection is always good. I don't know how long the charge lasts but I can't imagine the sonic vibrating motor doesn't discharge it too much in the 3-5 min it is used. I would say it would be similar to an electric toothbrush or razor. The base has a standard micro-USB connection and comes with a cable that will plug into any full size USB port.

I bought this on impose as it was on sale the day I bought it. I had been wanting one to replace my previous cleaning brush. I was "Shook", I used the default speed setting and really didn't think anything was happening. Boy was I wrong... after cleaning my face and rinsing off then lightly drying, I started to examine my fresh face. My face felt so clean and smooth. The dry patchy area was even smooth. I am actually excited about washing my face now. I want to see how my face will progress after a week of using and I will also try out the different speeds. I am very glad I made this purchase and look forward to using it everyday. Thank You Microderm GLO, I'm a happy customer.

I broke out in in a nasty fungal infection that left me scarred. Using my sonic cleaner has really helped to lighten and minimize the redness and scarring. It has also helped to smooth the roughness that the fungal infection left behind. I am really thankful that I happened along this terrific product. I am now working on scarring that was left on other areas of my body with the same positive results. Run right out and get yourself one or if you are young put it on your wish list.

Buy something else at a better price point. Here is what I don't like: 1) The scrubber is rigid so it's hard to get in nose corners. 2) The shape is convex so only a small portion hits the surface of the face at a time. 3) The power button is the same color as the entire unit so it's hard for more mature eyes to see the raised power image. 4) It takes a different power charger than other microderm products so that's just more clutter on your countertop.What's to like? I like to tell myself that if sonic care is good for gum care it surely is doing something for the face, right? ...maybe?I recommend not spending money on this product.

I love using this cleansing brush! My face feels soft and smooth, with results after day one!I also use the brush on my body. My arms are much smoother... I no longer have those tiny bumps on my upper arms!! If you're considering a facial brush, this one works great.
