Poor quality control
Awesome tool. Happy to have it, but was deliver without the collet, which is kind of critical - the tool is completely unusable without it. Cannot believe that Dremel would allow this to happen.And according to various other reviews I’ve read this seems to be a fairly common issue.Have to say though that Amazon were absolutely brilliant in resolving this issue for me.In this case I would truly give their Customer Support 5 stars.

It’s lovely
It is my favourite Dremel -ever-. I’ve owned a few and this outstrips them all. Awesome value and works well with the Dremel workstation, flex and bench clamp. Excellent.

Parts missing. Bosch/Dremel customer services refused to help
Disgusted with after sales service. Having purchased a Dremel 4250 I discovered carving/engraving/routing accessories to be missing. I phoned Bosch Customer Services to be told I have to contact Amazon. That means I have to return the whole lot for a small accessory bag being missing.What a poor start to owning a Dremel. Total lack of interest in a little problem.Shame. I thought Bosch and Dremel would have been a quality company.
