Edit: After spending 2 years with the product, the after sales service has been the worst I have experienced. The product’s motherboard had to be changed twice. Once within warranty & once outside warranty. Then the service guys push us for annual maintenance which is above the filter replacement cost coming to 6k. The indicators were showing faulty sign even after servicing and the service guys stopped picking up the call once the job was closed. But the COMPANY DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE COMPLAINT ON THESE SERVICE GUYS but redirects the job request again to the same people & also demands us to pay 400. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE PEACE OF MIND.Seller sent a defective product initially whose filtering never started unless you switched off and switched on the device's power socket.The installation guy made extra unnecessary drills and spoiled the kitchen tiles. He also gave unnecessary reasons for the motor to not start (things like it starts once all the water is emptied from the tank?!!!!).Installation guy also tried to sell another sediment filter even before starting the installation. These guys are a joke. Even though the product is decent, these guys spoil the brand image.Please make sure to check the TDS levels before & after, the filtering capacity/hr, the taste of filtered water, the icons which light up once the device is on since some could signal the issues as soon as the machine is ON (make sure to check them with the use of manual and don't trust on explanations provided by installation guys).

I have been using this since 3 yrs now. Service is worst. If we complain today, they respond after 3 months. Thinking they would give better service I paid 2 yrs AMC which ends soon. We've fixed an LG RO in addition to this machine. Their service is quick and prompt.About the product: It doesn't work on my home inverter because it has got a heater in it.The tank is not SS.If not for the free calls in India, my phone bill (for the service requests to Livpure) would have easily exceeded the cost of this machine.Note: bought this product after seeing sachin. You are spoiling his image.

Livpure is an amazing water purifier, it consumes less power and wastage of water is very less when compared with other products.Am happy with the taste of water. Also happy with their timely response and services.

All products can have flaws, this one breaks down quite a lot and that’s really stressful is how absolutely stressful it is to deal with their customer service and get a guy to come and repair. I would not recommend anyone buying this product.

Good product, Was seamless in installation ,staff did same day installation when I received which is really helpful.Only drawback is shipping time is too long it took more than a week to ship

Last 2days using product good.I purchased on 4th March, delivered on 5th March and installation person came on same day,but defect product received so immediately replaced on 6th March, thanks to Amazon and livpure.From 6th Mar I requesting for installation, I very disappointed with initial installation service itself. I never expect this much worst responds from livpure chennai service center.I decided to return the item ,due to installation not don irresponsible service support persons. Finally raised Complaint on10th March,installation done 11th Mar after 6days struggle .Installation demo not good, Bore water TDS 650, after purification 190+ ,that also not constant varying 250+. But I ask him to check already using can water. It shows constantly 85+ TDS.Thanks to livpure customer care support.

The media could not be loaded. Pros - highly recommend this water purifier.Recommended to my dad and brother too. Everybody are satisfied with this. water tastes good. Initially I bought different brand but I was dissatisfied due to the taste of water then I purchased this after looking onto many reviews now iam very very very happy.Cons - I contacted customer care number thro toll free no provided but the person spoke very rudely. and then a person named khushpoo contacted me for getting feedback then I explained her everything, she immediately soughted out my problem. Now iam overall satisfied.

The media could not be loaded. Beware of This RO!I purchased this RO in 2023, but it started giving me issues after just one year. The electrical components are highly unreliable and got damaged soon after the warranty period.Currently, the RO is completely non-functional—it cannot dispense water at all, neither hot nor normal.The most frustrating part is that this RO cannot be operated manually. If there’s an electrical issue, you won’t even be able to get a single drop of water.I reached out to customer care for assistance, and they provided the following options:Pay INR 8,000 for servicing the RO and repairing its motherboard to restore functionality.OrOpt for an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for INR 6,000, which covers repairs and servicing for one year.(Attached is a photo of the damaged RO showing the error indicators.)
