Waist of my money.
Recommended dosage is 5 pills and day.Are you kidding me have you seen the size of that thing 1st one I've taken i could feel it on my throat since water wasn't helping i had to eat a piece of toasted bread. My second one was even worse so thank you no thank am done i don't know if can return .but either way I don't recommend.

Too many capsules
It's probably not a good idea to order these during the summer, some of the capsules ended up melting and sticking to the bottle. The recommended dose is a whopping 5 capsules a day, so one bottle will only last 20 days. The capsules are rather large too, so swallowing them can be quite the challenge. Even though they seem to be well formulated, I think I'll stick with adding some collagen powder into my daily protein shake for easier ingestion.
