It only worked for 3 days
Received the item on Sept. 2, it's Sept 5 as of writing this review. I really intend to write my review after 2-3 days of using the item since this is a refurbished item, I have to make observations. And well, at day 3 upon receipt, this item stopped working. It hanged twice, I have to remove the battery to shut it down. Now as I opened after it hanged last night it's no longer displaying anything. The battery also doesn't even last an hour when videos are played. It's my first time trying for a refurbished item and this probably be the last time.

Excellent performance, can't find any issues.
Laptop condition looked like new, well serviced laptop. Everything works fine so unable to find fault.Only disadvantage is weight of the laptop it will definitely weights more than 2 kgs but this was very cost-effective laptop in amazon. better performance suitable for students and learners.

They return money in gift card even I add my account for refund money
This laptop is of no use. It has not worked even once. Ever since I got it, it has not opened even once, so don't waste your money.

Works well and the quality is good
I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Laptop looks almost new. PC mart is the best seller I’ve dealt with for laptops. Great customer service. I would highly recommend buying from them.
