The media could not be loaded. I bought this machine in August and only opened it on the 28th of dec and it’s not working the suction part does not work so disappointing

Rubbish
So rubbish, the wires keep coming off and it is so unprofessional as it happens mid service for my clients. Been waiting ages for a new wire and still not here. I should’ve just returned it when I had the chance instead of waiting for the new wire!
