I have been using for a few years. Great for sleep and keeping bowl movements regular.It is a keeper!

I have taken Quinine (Qualaquan) for almost 20 years. My insurance company would not provide life insurance at an affordable cost so I needed to quit taking it. I could not imagine the terrible cramps and pain I would have if I stopped. I did some research and decided to try this....wow...I've been taking it for a few months and seldom have any cramps! Love this product!

Dr Mercola are just the best products on the market! Best magnesium, they don’t upset your stomach, and as I had some deficits, dr sent me some supplements including magensium threonate, and in 3 days I felt a different person, highly effective!

This is the only magnesium supplement I take. It doesn't have any of the unwanted side effects of other magnesium supplements. Taken before bedtime it relaxes muscles and allows for the best sleep I have ever had. I would recommend this to everyone.
