Bandai Tamashii Nations S.H. Figuarts Super Saiyan Son Gohan "Dragon Ball Z" Action Figure

An improvement on the original Gohan in virtually every way. The entire paint job now has a matte finish that gives it a higher quality look, and the battle damage detailing is excellent. The articulation is also improved (except for the hip joints, which look better but are slightly more restricted), allowing better Kamehameha poses. It has more or less the same number of accessories as well. The hair sculpt is very similar but slightly updated.I do have two small complaints: the shading is very on his body and clothing, especially compared to the SDCC 2012 coloring version. Also, while the body is segmented between the chest and stomach area, there is no actual articulation there.Still, these are minor nitpicks. If you like this character, this figure is a durable, accurate, and fun representation of him, and is without a doubt the best Gohan action figure on the market.

This is the perfect compliment to your Gohan collection. Plenty of faces and hands and the battle damage is great. Joints are nice and tight with just the right amount of articulation.

I got into collecting Dragon ball Z Figures all over again this year. This figure is the perfect Gohan from that iconic scene when he defeats Cell. Ever since I was a kid I have been waiting for figures that impress the hell outta me. Like anything else in life, we wanna be blown away by our expectations. I haven't collected action figures in years because of constant let down. Todd Mcfarlane was the best at making toys when I was kid. He knew how to make toys look better then everyone else. Now for Anime like toys or even video games. Look no further then S.H. Figuarts. If you want perfect Dragon ball z Figures or any other anime themes. Figuarts is one of the leading Japanese producers of 6 inch or 1/12 scale figures. Their pose ability is outstanding. Detail is mind blowing. I started collecting S.H. Figuarts this year and I wish I started years ago. They're worth the price. I have wanted a younger Gohan for a while now, this one is perfect. Besides the fact that he doesn't come with as many accessory's as he should. Hes amazing. If you have been contemplating on getting this, don't. This is the best version by far.

Joints are easy to move without being too stuck or loose, sculpt and paint is incredible, my only complaint is that his "gritted teeth" face doesn't have tears like when he first achieved SSJ2, but, even then, that's such a small complaint compared to everything else this figure has to offer.

Totally loving the new updated articulation that tamashii nations is giving thr dbz line. I preordered this and saved a good chunk of money by preordering it. It also came sooner than expected as well. Very satisfied with the fast shipping and product quality. Would recommend to anyome who is collecting shf dbz figures and whoever is a gohan fan.

Skin color paint app is not that good. Head paint app is ridiculously awesome! Leg, ab, and ankle articulation is not that good. With the upgraded leg design in Q4 2016, to increase longevity, is not that good is still isn't on other figures, especially in the Star Wars line. The photo I took from the side is the furthest I can get him to do an ab crunch. The purple on him should be a better color purple. It's too light for my liking. They should of made it similar to the SDCC version considering they were selling this for $60 at one point. Still a good figure. The hand molding is probably the best I've seen to date.
